The Open Trail Skid Plate Systems from Modquad uses 3/8″ ultra high molecular weight polyethylene resin (UHMW) to outperform the thinner, metal OEM underbody protection that arrives standard on most side by sides. The system adds greater underside coverage and guards critical drive components of rig from damage – helping your trail adventures go longer without unforeseen stoppages. With thick UHMW construction, the system stays complete free of rust over its lifetime and features low friction, high abrasion resistance and self-lubricating properties – absorbing the force of direct blows to your rig and allowing your UTV to better slide over large obstacles.
